Considering the extensive dimensions of the Makoran plan and to ensure cohesive management and oversight of its implementation, it was decided that the projects related to the infrastructure and groundwork of the plan would be managed by a separate company. This led to the establishment of the Infrastructure Provision Project Company, which will focus on all necessary infrastructure for the plan. The provision of energy, water, gas, port, and airport city infrastructure will be managed by this company.
