In line with the directives of the esteemed President and the emphasis of the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the resolutions of the Supreme Council of Urbanism and Architecture of Iran regarding the development plan for coastal settlements, the law on the establishment of new cities, and its executive regulations, as well as in pursuit of the objectives for the development of coastal settlements in the south of the country by utilizing the capacities of the private sector, the implementation of the new Makran city has been entrusted to the Makran Land Management and Development Company by the order of the esteemed Minister of Roads and Urban Development.
